Amazon Marketplace Sync (FBA/FBM/MCF) is a build-to-order Shopify app that ECOSIRE designs, develops, installs and supports for your store — not an instant App Store download. After purchase, our engineers scope your catalog and fulfillment model, build the connector against your Shopify and Amazon (SP-API) accounts, and hand you a running integration.

The app establishes a two-way sync between Shopify and Amazon Seller Central. SKUs are matched on a shared identifier (SKU, ASIN or barcode) and reconciled into a mapping table so the same physical stock is represented correctly on both channels. Inventory writes are debounced and idempotent to avoid oversell during bursts, and Shopify's multi-location inventory is respected so FBA, FBM and your own warehouses don't collide.

On the Shopify side we use the Admin GraphQL API, register webhooks for orders/create, inventory_levels/update and products/update, and store channel state (ASIN, listing status, last-synced hash, fulfillment route) in metafields so it's queryable from Liquid, Flow and the Admin. On the Amazon side the connector talks to SP-API for Listings, Orders, FBA Inventory and Fulfillment Outbound.

Is this an instant Shopify App Store download?

No. This is a build-to-order app. After purchase, ECOSIRE scopes your catalog and fulfillment model, builds the connector against your specific Shopify and Amazon accounts, then installs and configures it. You get a connector tailored to your SKU structure rather than a generic one-size-fits-all listing.

How long until it's live in my store?

Delivery is typically 2–4 weeks from the time we have OAuth access to your Shopify store and Amazon Seller Central account, plus your catalog details. Larger catalogs, unusual variant/bundle structures, or multi-marketplace setups can extend this — we confirm a firm timeline during scoping before any build work starts.

What ongoing support and updates are included?

Every build includes a post-launch support window for bug fixes. Because Shopify's Admin API and Amazon's SP-API both ship breaking changes, we offer ongoing maintenance to keep the connector working against API version changes, webhook deprecations and new fulfillment requirements. We can also extend or change behavior as your operation grows.

Will this prevent overselling across Amazon and Shopify?

That's the core design goal. Inventory writes are idempotent and debounced, Shopify multi-location inventory is respected, and the same physical stock is reconciled to one mapping. Sync is near-real-time via webhooks and SP-API feeds, which minimizes the window for oversell — though no integration can fully eliminate it during simultaneous purchases on both channels at the last available unit.

What access do you need, and is it secure?

We authorize via OAuth on both Shopify and Amazon SP-API — no passwords or API keys are hard-coded. Access is scoped to the permissions the integration actually needs (orders, inventory, listings, fulfillment). You can revoke access at any time from Shopify and Seller Central.

Does it work with my existing FBM and own-warehouse fulfillment?

Yes. The app maps FBA, FBM and your own warehouse stock to distinct Shopify locations, so each fulfillment route has accurate on-hand and available counts. MCF routing is applied only to the orders and SKUs you designate, leaving your other fulfillment flows untouched.
