No. This is a build-to-order app. ECOSIRE builds it to your specification, then installs it on your store via OAuth. You buy the build, we scope your document types and workflow with you, then deliver and install a working app — there is no public App Store listing to one-click download.

Lead time depends on scope. A standard configuration — one or two document templates, event triggers and signed-PDF storage — is typically delivered in about 2 to 4 weeks from the kickoff scoping call. More signer roles, custom legal clauses, multi-language documents or deep Shopify Flow automations extend that. We confirm a firm timeline in writing before work starts, and we don't promise a date we can't hit.

The app captures legally-binding electronic signatures with a tamper-evident audit trail — signer identity, email, timestamp, IP address and a document hash — plus a completion certificate bound to the final PDF, which is the evidence courts look for under e-signature laws like the US ESIGN/UETA and EU eIDAS. We build to support those standards, but we are not your lawyer: for regulated or high-stakes contracts, have your own counsel confirm the workflow meets your jurisdiction's requirements.

It uses the Shopify Admin GraphQL API and webhooks. Document templates are merged with live order, draft-order, customer and line-item data, and signing requests can fire automatically on events like draft_orders/create or orders/updated, or when you apply a specific order tag. Signature status is written back to order metafields so your theme, reports and Shopify Flow can react — for example releasing fulfillment once a contract is signed.

Every build includes a defined post-launch support window for bug fixes and questions, plus documentation and an admin walkthrough for your team. Because Shopify evolves its APIs and webhook versions, we offer ongoing maintenance to keep the app compatible and to add new templates, triggers or signer flows as your business changes. Maintenance terms are agreed up front so there are no surprises.
