Native Odoo Peppol support gets a single-company, happy-path setup onto the network quickly, but it runs out of road once you invoice across multiple legal entities, route to more than one access point, or need to trade documents beyond the standard invoice/credit-note profiles. Finance teams hit real friction: one endpoint identifier per company, no pre-send validation that the receiver's participant ID is actually registered on the network, limited visibility when a transmission is queued, rejected, or acknowledged, and no clean way to map different customer segments or country profiles to different sending routes. The result is failed submissions discovered days later, manual re-keying into a supplier portal, and compliance risk during e-invoicing mandate rollouts.
Configurable multi-endpoint registry model linking access-point credentials and routing rules to `res.company` and `res.partner`
Per-entity and per-customer participant identifier resolution supporting multiple ID schemes (VAT, GLN, org-number)
Pre-send participant validation against the network directory before the UBL payload is generated
Routing engine that maps document type, country profile, or customer segment to the correct sending access point
Full transmission lifecycle logging (queued, sent, acknowledged, rejected, MLR/MDN) recorded against the source `account.move`
`@api.depends` compute layer deriving the effective endpoint scheme and route per document
This is a made-to-order enhancement — not an existing download. ECOSIRE builds a dedicated module that layers multi-endpoint capability on top of the native account.move e-invoicing flow. Technically, we introduce a configurable endpoint registry (a new models.Model holding access-point credentials, sending profile, and routing rules) linked to res.company and res.partner, so each entity or customer segment resolves to the correct participant identifier and transmission route. A @api.depends-driven compute layer derives the effective Peppol endpoint scheme (e.g. GLN, VAT, org-number) per document, and an outbound service call — via the network access point over the XML-RPC/JSON-RPC-exposed helpers or a REST bridge — validates the receiver's registration in the participant directory before the document is ever built. We generate the UBL/BIS payload, stamp the routing metadata, and record every state transition (queued, sent, acknowledged, rejected, MLR/MDN received) against the source move so accountants see the real network status inside Odoo, not in a separate tool.
The build is grounded in standard Odoo engineering practice: a clean __manifest__.py declaring dependencies on the accounting/EDI stack, models with proper field typing and constraints, access control through ir.model.access.csv plus record rules so multi-company data stays isolated, backend views in XML/OWL for the endpoint configuration and a transmission log, QWeb additions where the printed/emailed document needs the routing reference, and automated actions or scheduled jobs to retry transient failures and poll for acknowledgements. We respect Community versus Enterprise boundaries — where the enhancement depends on Enterprise EDI internals we build against those interfaces; where you run Community we implement the equivalent generation path so the feature set is honest to your edition. Everything targets Odoo 17.0, 18.0, or 19.0, matched to your running version.
Delivery is build-to-order. It starts with a short scoping call to confirm your entities, target endpoints, document profiles, and edition, after which we issue a fixed written quotation. Typical delivery is 2–4 weeks from confirmed scope, including UAT on a staging copy of your database and a rollback plan before anything touches production. Pricing starts from $249 (indicative, single-company base scope); additional legal entities, extra access-point integrations, country-specific Peppol profile depth, and historical document migration volume increase the quoted scope.
Runs Odoo across several legal entities that each need their own Peppol participant identity and sending route. Needs isolated endpoint credentials per company and one dashboard showing network status across the group.
Responsible for staying compliant with a national or regional e-invoicing mandate. Needs pre-send validation and a full audit trail of acknowledgements and rejections so failed submissions are caught before deadlines, not after.
Maintains the instance and integrations and wants a clean, upgrade-safe module with proper access rules, scheduled jobs, and an XML-RPC/JSON-RPC surface rather than brittle manual workarounds or portal re-keying.
Trades with customers across multiple countries and Peppol profiles, and needs document-type and country-based routing so each invoice reaches the buyer via the correct access point and format.

| Kriterium | ECOSIRE | Benutzerdefinierter Build | Konkurrent | Odoo Native |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Multi-endpoint routing | Registry maps entities/segments to multiple access points | Possible but you design and maintain it | Usually single fixed endpoint | |
| Pre-send participant validation | Directory lookup before payload is built | Only if you build the check | Rarely included | |
| Transmission lifecycle tracking | Full queued/sent/ack/reject log on the move | Whatever you implement | Basic sent flag typically | |
| Fit to your edition/version | Built for your Odoo 17/18/19 and edition | Depends on your team's expertise | Fixed to the app's assumptions | |
| Delivery model | Scoped build, 2–4 weeks, UAT + rollback | Your internal timeline and risk | Instant install, generic fit | |
| Ownership & extensibility | Full git repo handover, yours to extend | You own it but built it yourself | Vendor-locked, closed roadmap | |
| Support after go-live | Defined support window + training | Self-supported | Generic vendor ticket queue | |
| Upfront cost | From $249 indicative, fixed after scoping | High dev time, uncertain | Low list price, limited fit |
No. This is a build-to-order engagement. ECOSIRE designs, builds, installs, and supports the enhancement specifically for your Odoo instance and edition — there is no instant download. You receive installable source code and a git repository once your version is built.
Typical delivery is 2–4 weeks from confirmed scope. After a short scoping call we lock the entities, endpoints, document profiles, and Odoo version, then build, run UAT on a staging copy, and schedule the production cutover with a rollback plan.
Pricing starts from $249 as an indicative single-company base figure. We hold a scoping call, then issue a fixed written quotation. Additional legal entities, extra access-point integrations, deeper country-specific Peppol profiles, and historical document migration volume increase the quoted scope.
We build for Odoo 17.0, 18.0, and 19.0, matched to your running version. We honor Community vs Enterprise differences — where the enhancement leans on Enterprise EDI internals we build against those interfaces; on Community we implement the equivalent generation path so the delivered feature set is honest to your edition.
Every engagement includes a post-go-live support window for defect fixes and configuration adjustments. Because you receive the full git repository, your team or ours can extend or upgrade the module later. Version upgrades (for example to a future Odoo release) can be quoted as a separate scoped engagement.
Yes. Endpoint credentials and routing configuration are secured with `ir.model.access.csv` permissions plus record rules scoped to each company, so one legal entity cannot see or send using another entity's Peppol identity or access-point credentials.
Yes. The service layer is designed to be callable over Odoo's XML-RPC/JSON-RPC API, so an external ERP, middleware, or portal can trigger a send or query the current network status of a document programmatically.
