Telr Gateway for Magento 2 is a build-to-order payment integration that connects your Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce store to Telr, the Dubai-headquartered gateway purpose-built for UAE and wider MENA commerce. Telr supports 120+ settlement currencies and 30+ payment methods — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, plus regional wallets and bank rails — making it a natural fit for merchants billing customers across the Gulf and beyond.

This is not an instant Adobe Commerce Marketplace download. ECOSIRE builds the extension as a proper Magento module under app/code/Ecosire/TelrGateway, registered via registration.php and module.xml, then installs and configures it on your Magento instance. The payment method is implemented against Magento's service contracts and the PaymentMethodInterface pattern, wired through di.xml, with the Hosted Payment Page flow so cardholder data never touches your servers — keeping your PCI-DSS SAQ-A scope minimal.

The integration registers a configurable payment method in Stores → Configuration → Sales → Payment Methods, secured with proper admin ACL resources. Order state transitions (pending → processing → complete) are driven by Telr's redirect return and server-to-server IPN callbacks, handled through a dedicated controller and **observers on sales_order_* events. Do you need access to my Telr account and Magento server?

We need Telr sandbox and production credentials (Store ID and Authentication Key) to configure and test the gateway, and SSH or deploy access to install the module and verify the IPN callback. We work within your access policies, support staging-first deployment, and hand back clean documentation so your team retains full control.
