No. This is a build-to-order extension. ECOSIRE develops the Ecosire_Shiprocket module, installs it on your Magento 2 or Adobe Commerce environment, configures it against your Shiprocket account, and supports it. There is no instant Marketplace download or self-serve link — you get a module built and deployed for your specific store.

Typical delivery is about 2 to 3 weeks from the point we receive Shiprocket API access and admin access to your environment. A standard build (live rates, order push, labels, tracking sync, your custom shipping rules) lands in that window; heavily customized rules, multiple pickup locations, or unusual checkout customizations can extend it. We confirm a firm timeline after a short scoping call before any work starts.

Each build includes a defined support window after go-live during which we fix defects and adjust configuration at no extra charge. Beyond that, Shiprocket API changes and Magento version upgrades are covered under an optional maintenance arrangement. Because we built the module, we keep it compatible as both platforms evolve — you are not left holding orphaned code.

Real rates. A custom Magento carrier model calls Shiprocket's serviceability and rate API using the destination pincode, weight, and COD/prepaid type, returning live, courier-specific charges and estimated delivery days at checkout. You can also apply rules — cheapest, fastest, or a preferred courier — and set free-shipping thresholds in the admin.

Yes, you need an active Shiprocket account; the integration uses its API on your behalf. You own the account and the API credentials — we only configure them inside your Magento admin, stored in the ACL-protected System Configuration section. You can rotate or revoke them at any time without touching code.
