Mollie Payments for Magento 2 is a build-to-order payment integration for merchants who sell across the EU and the Benelux region and need the local methods their shoppers actually use at checkout. Instead of routing every transaction through a card-only gateway, this extension connects your Magento store directly to the Mollie Payments API, exposing iDEAL, Bancontact, SOFORT, SEPA Direct Debit, KBC/CBC, Apple Pay, credit cards, PayPal and BNPL options such as Klarna, in3 and Riverty as native Magento payment methods.

This is not an instant Adobe Commerce Marketplace download. ECOSIRE builds the module as a proper Magento package under app/code/Ecosire/MolliePayments, wires it into your store via di.xml and payment.xml, then installs it, configures it against your Mollie account, and supports it on your environment. The gateway is implemented on Magento's payment service contracts (PaymentMethodInterface, gateway command pools), uses plugins/interceptors to extend order and invoice flows, and registers observers on sales_order_* events. Mollie webhooks are handled by a dedicated controller with a stateless callback URL, so payment status reconciles even if the shopper never returns to the success page.

Merchants get full and partial refunds initiated directly from the Magento admin (Credit Memo → Mollie refund call), method availability controlled per store view and customer group, and configuration exposed through system.xml with admin ACL so finance staff see only what they should. The build targets Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce (incl. Cloud), versions 2.3–2.4, follows Magento coding standards, and ships with the install, a smoke-test in your staging environment, and a documented handover.
