Hauptfunktionen

Dedicated Frappe app with its own module and DocTypes (`360 Review Cycle`, `360 Competency Questionnaire`, `360 Rater Assignment`, `360 Feedback Response`) — no core-table hacks
Configurable rater groups per cycle (peer / manager / direct report / self) each with its own score weight
Anonymous response storage: reviewees see aggregated scores and anonymized comments, never rater identity
Minimum-responses-per-group threshold to prevent small-sample de-anonymization
Custom weighted competency questionnaires with per-question and per-competency weighting
Weighted composite scoring computed server-side on submission via server scripts
Gap analysis: self-rating vs. others-rating deltas surfaced per competency
Competency heatmap and aggregated report views, print-format ready
Automated invitation and reminder emails driven by Frappe `scheduler_events` before cycle deadlines
`hooks.py` doc events (`validate`, `on_submit`) enforcing cycle state transitions and response locking
Role-profile and permission-rule based access (HR Manager vs. rater vs. department scoping)
Whitelisted REST API methods to launch cycles and pull aggregated results programmatically
Optional client scripts for rater UX: completion progress, save-and-resume, validation
Links every review back to the standard ERPNext `Employee` master so HR data stays unified
Compatible with Frappe/ERPNext v15 and v16

Über dieses Produkt

Mid-market HR teams running formal 360 review cycles quickly hit the limits of ERPNext HR out of the box. Native Appraisal and Appraisal Template support goal- and KRA-based, mostly top-down evaluation — they were never designed for multi-rater feedback where a single employee is scored by peers, managers, direct reports and themselves, with the rater's identity hidden from the person being reviewed. Teams end up exporting to spreadsheets or a third-party SaaS tool, breaking the link between the review data and the employee master, and losing anonymity guarantees in the process. That is exactly the gap this product closes, natively inside ERPNext.

ECOSIRE builds a proper Frappe app (installed with bench get-app / bench install-app) that adds a dedicated 360 module rather than hacking core DocTypes. The core data model is a set of new DocTypes — a 360 Review Cycle, a 360 Competency Questionnaire with weighted question rows, a 360 Rater Assignment, and an anonymized 360 Feedback Response — all linked back to the standard Employee DocType so results stay in your HR data. Rater groups (peer / manager / report / self) are configurable per cycle, each group carrying its own score weight, so a manager's rating can count differently from a peer's in the final composite. Responses are decoupled from rater identity at the storage layer: the person under review sees aggregated scores and anonymized comment threads, never who said what, while the required minimum-responses-per-group threshold prevents small-sample de-anonymization.

The workflow is wired with Frappe's own primitives. hooks.py doc events (on_submit, validate) enforce cycle state transitions and lock responses once submitted; scheduler events (scheduler_events cron/daily hooks) drive automated invitation and reminder emails to raters who haven't completed their assignments before the cycle deadline. Server scripts compute the weighted aggregates and gap analysis (self-score vs. others-score deltas) on submission, and the results surface as ERPNext report views and print-format-ready competency heatmaps. Access is governed by Frappe role profiles and permission rules — an HR Manager role can configure cycles and read aggregated reports, raters get scoped access only to their own assignments, and row-level permissions keep one department's data out of another's. A set of whitelisted methods exposed over the Frappe REST API lets you launch cycles or pull aggregated results programmatically, and optional client scripts improve the rater form UX (progress indicator, save-and-resume).

Because this is build-to-order, nothing ships until we agree on scope. We start with a short scoping call to confirm your rater-group model, competency framework, weighting rules and anonymity thresholds, then build against your Frappe/ERPNext v15 or v16 instance. Typical delivery is one working week from confirmed scope. You receive the installable app source, a UAT pass on a staging copy of your site with a documented rollback plan, and a post-go-live support window — plus the full git repository so your team (or ours) can extend it later. It is your code on your instance, not a locked SaaS black box.

Was Sie bekommen

  • Installable Frappe app source code for your scoped version (installable via `bench get-app` / `bench install-app`)
  • Installation and configuration on your ERPNext instance (rater groups, weighting rules, questionnaires, roles)
  • Technical documentation: DocType schema, hooks, scheduler events, whitelisted API methods
  • End-user guide plus a live training session for HR administrators and cycle owners
  • UAT on a staging copy of your site with a documented rollback plan before go-live
  • Post-go-live support window for bug fixes and configuration adjustments
  • Full git repository handover so your team can maintain and extend the app
  • Sample competency framework and questionnaire templates as a starting configuration

Für wen das ist

HR Manager running annual 360 cycles

Owns the review calendar and needs to launch cycles, assign raters, chase completions and read aggregated results without exporting data out of ERPNext or hand-anonymizing spreadsheets.

People Operations lead standardizing competencies

Wants a consistent, weighted competency framework applied across departments, with gap analysis and heatmaps that make development conversations defensible and comparable year over year.

ERPNext system administrator / partner

Responsible for the Frappe instance and needs a clean installable app with proper DocTypes, permissions and hooks — not core patches — plus the git repo and docs to maintain it on v15/v16.

Department head or team lead as a rater

Completes anonymous ratings for peers and reports through a clear, save-and-resume form and trusts that their individual responses stay confidential behind the group thresholds.

Häufig gestellte Fragen zu 360-Degree Feedback

Is this an existing app I can download and install today?

No. This is a build-to-order product — ECOSIRE builds it against your specific rater model, competency framework and anonymity rules, then installs and supports it. It is not a pre-existing Frappe Cloud Marketplace download, and there is no instant-download link.

How long does delivery take?

Typical delivery is one working week from confirmed scope. We start with a scoping call to lock down rater groups, weighting, questionnaires and anonymity thresholds; the clock starts once that scope is signed off. Complex frameworks or heavy integration work can extend the timeline, which we flag during scoping.

How is rater anonymity actually protected?

Responses are stored decoupled from rater identity, and reviewees only ever see aggregated scores and anonymized comments. A configurable minimum-responses-per-group threshold suppresses results when too few people in a group have responded, preventing de-anonymization from small samples. HR admins configure these thresholds per cycle.

Which ERPNext versions are supported?

We build for Frappe/ERPNext v15 and v16. Tell us your exact version and hosting (self-hosted, Frappe Cloud, or another provider) during scoping and we target that environment, including your staging site for UAT.

What about support and future updates?

Every build includes a post-go-live support window for bug fixes and configuration adjustments. Because you receive the full git repository, your own team can extend the app afterwards, or you can engage ECOSIRE for a support/maintenance retainer or version upgrades as ERPNext evolves.

Will this modify ERPNext core or break upgrades?

No. It ships as a separate Frappe app with its own module and DocTypes, using `hooks.py` doc events, scheduler events and whitelisted methods rather than patching core tables. That keeps your ERPNext upgrade path clean and the 360 logic isolated and maintainable.

Can we pull the results into other systems?

Yes. Aggregated results and cycle operations are exposed through whitelisted methods over the Frappe REST API, so you can integrate dashboards, BI tools or downstream HR processes without touching the database directly.
