Every new lead is scored against a configurable model that blends demographic fit (industry, company size, region, role from custom table fields) with behavioral signals (form fills, email engagement, page activity pushed in via the BC REST/OData API or a Power Automate flow). Scores roll up into letter grades (A/B/C/D), and a table-extension on the Contact/Lead record stores score, grade, and last-touch so your reps see them inline on the page.
Routing fires through event subscribers on lead insert: round-robin across an availability roster, or rule-based assignment by territory, product line, or score band. SLA timers run on a job queue entry — if a hot lead isn't actioned in N minutes, it escalates to a manager. Duplicate detection matches on email/domain and offers a guided merge so two reps never chase the same account. Score decay decrements stale leads over time via a scheduled job, so your A-list reflects who's hot now.

ECOSIRE scopes your scoring and routing rules, builds the extension in AL, and installs it as a per-tenant extension on your own Dynamics 365 / Business Central environment. It is not a public AppSource listing you download yourself, which is exactly why it can match your qualification logic instead of forcing you into someone else's.
Typical lead time is about 2 to 4 weeks from confirmed requirements, depending on how complex your scoring model and routing rules are and how quickly we can access a sandbox. We install and validate on a sandbox environment first, walk through it with you, and only promote to production after your sign-off.

During scoping we map exactly which signals you can feed in and weight them in the scoring model. If a source isn't available, scoring still runs on the demographic and any available behavioral data.
