Catalog and price-list sync keeps your item and pricing data aligned with what the retailer expects, and the connector handles both drop-ship and vendor-fulfilled flows.

After go-live we provide a support window covering defects and configuration changes, and the extension is built to be upgrade-safe against Microsoft's BC release cadence (no base-object modification). When a retailer changes its EDI/API spec or adds a document type, we update the mappings under a support or change-request agreement. You also receive the full AL source, so your own team or any AL developer can maintain it.

Every inbound and outbound transaction is recorded in a message log with its raw payload and status. Failed messages are visible on a BC list page and can be reprocessed after correction.
