After a short scoping call we confirm your menu structure, stations and screen layout, then build and install. A standard single-location KDS typically lands within about 2 to 3 weeks; multi-station, multisite or CDS-heavy builds take longer and we give you a firm date in writing before you pay the balance. This is a custom build installed by ECOSIRE — not an instant marketplace download, so there is no plugin ZIP to grab the same day.

Every build includes a post-deployment support window for bug fixes and configuration help, plus compatibility updates so the KDS keeps working as you upgrade WordPress and WooCommerce (including HPOS changes). Because you receive the full source, your own developers can also maintain it; if you prefer, we offer an ongoing maintenance plan that covers version testing, new-station rollouts and feature additions.

Yes. The KDS reads and writes orders through the WooCommerce CRUD layer rather than raw post meta, so it is compatible with HPOS (custom order tables) as well as legacy post-based storage. During the build we verify it against your specific WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP versions and your active payment gateways, since every order those gateways create flows onto the board.

No proprietary hardware is required. The bump screen runs in a standard browser, so any tablet, mini-PC or smart display on your network can show it. It connects to your WordPress site over the REST API (Server-Sent Events with polling fallback) and detects when a screen loses connection so staff are warned rather than silently missing orders.

Yes. You map WooCommerce product categories or attributes to stations (grill, fryer, pastry, expo) in the wp-admin settings, and each line item is routed accordingly with its own prep status and SLA timer. The optional Customer Display Screen reuses the same order events to show front-of-house customers when their order is being prepared and when it is ready for collection.
