We confirm a firm timeline before work begins and test in staging before production go-live.

The price includes a post-launch support window covering bug fixes and compatibility updates when Coupang changes its OpenAPI or when WooCommerce/WordPress core updates affect the integration (including HPOS and REST API changes). After the included window, ongoing maintenance is available as an optional retainer. Because ECOSIRE builds and hosts the code with you, fixes go straight to your site rather than waiting on a third-party plugin author.

Yes. You must have an active Coupang seller (Wing) account with OpenAPI access enabled, including your access key, secret key and vendor ID. We use those credentials to sign requests to Coupang. We can guide you on where to find them in Wing, but we cannot create the seller account or grant API access on your behalf.

Yes. Imported Coupang orders are created as native WooCommerce orders and are fully compatible with HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage / custom order tables), so your existing order management, pick/pack/ship and tracking processes apply unchanged. Marking an order shipped in WooCommerce pushes the tracking number back to Coupang.

Sync jobs run on the WP-Cron scheduler by default, or on a real system cron for high-volume stores where WP-Cron is unreliable. You control sync intervals, which entities sync (products, stock, prices, orders), and mapping rules from a dedicated wp-admin settings screen. A dry-run mode and per-job logs let you validate changes before they go live on Coupang.

Yes, within scope. We support WPML/multilingual catalogs and WordPress multisite when your setup requires it — for example mapping the correct language variant of a product to a single Coupang listing.
