ShipStation Integration for WooCommerce

Typical delivery is about 5 to 10 business days from the time we have access to a staging copy of your site and your ShipStation account details. A standard order-push and tracking-write-back configuration is on the shorter end; heavy customization (many custom statuses, multi-warehouse mapping, WPML/multisite, unusual field mapping) extends it. We confirm a firm timeline in writing before any payment, and we build on staging first where one is available so production is never the test bed.

Every build includes a post-delivery support window for bug fixes and for keeping the integration working against WooCommerce, WordPress and ShipStation API updates. Because the plugin lives on your own site, you are never locked out and there is no per-seat license meter. Custom order statuses are mapped explicitly during configuration — for example, your 'Awaiting Pick' status can trigger the push to ShipStation, and a ShipStation 'shipped' event can move the order to your 'Completed' or a custom 'Shipped' status.

Yes. ShipStation is a separate paid service and you bring your own ShipStation subscription and your own negotiated carrier accounts (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.). The plugin connects WooCommerce to your ShipStation account and uses the rates and labels available there; we do not resell ShipStation or carrier services. We handle the technical connection, store/warehouse mapping and field mapping.

No. Every push and tracking write-back is logged, and failed syncs are retried automatically via WP-Cron / Action Scheduler. Any order that still cannot sync stays visible in the sync log so your team can re-push it with one click rather than discovering a missing shipment days later. The tracking write-back is idempotent, so retries never double-fulfill an order or send duplicate Completed emails.

Yes — that is the point of a build-to-order plugin. We map your WooCommerce fields (gift messages, custom meta, weights and dimensions, requested service) into the corresponding ShipStation fields, and we map ShipStation events back onto your exact WooCommerce statuses. If you use WPML or run multisite, we respect per-site stores and per-language customer notifications during setup.
