No. This is a build-to-order plugin. After purchase, ECOSIRE scopes your catalogue, delivery zones and tax rules, builds the plugin to fit your store, and installs it on your WordPress/WooCommerce environment. There is no public marketplace download — you get a configured, tested plugin and our hands-on setup.

Typical lead time is about 1 to 3 weeks from when we receive your catalogue details and environment access, depending on the number of delivery zones, weight-priced SKUs and any custom integrations (POS, picking app, payment gateway). We confirm a firm date during scoping after purchase. The one-time price covers the build, install and initial configuration.

Your purchase includes a post-launch support window for bug fixes and configuration help, plus compatibility updates as WooCommerce and WordPress release new versions (including HPOS-related changes). We can extend support and offer maintenance retainers. We do not silently auto-push updates to production — changes are applied with your awareness, ideally on staging first.

Yes. The plugin declares HPOS (custom order tables) compatibility and is built on standard WooCommerce hooks, the Store/REST API and order item meta, so it coexists with your theme and gateway rather than replacing checkout. Slot labels, substitution prompts and email strings are registered for translation for WPML and WooCommerce Multilingual, and it is multisite-network friendly. We verify these against your specific stack during install.

You set a price-per-kg or per-litre on the product, and the plugin computes line totals from it. A configurable random-weight tolerance lets shoppers order an approximate quantity (for example 'about 1.2 kg'); at fulfilment the actual picked weight reconciles the line and the order total via standard WooCommerce order editing, so the customer is charged the true amount within the tolerance you define.

Yes. The plugin exposes WooCommerce REST API endpoints for slots, substitution choices and reorders on top of core WooCommerce order endpoints, so an external delivery app, picking tablet or POS can sync slot capacity, read substitution preferences and update fulfilment status. We scope the exact integration during the build.
