ECOSIRE builds the plugin, installs and activates it on your WordPress site (or staging first), configures your couriers and risk rules, and runs an onboarding session. You receive the plugin .zip plus documentation — there is no public marketplace link.

Every build includes a defined post-launch support and update window. We keep the plugin compatible with new WooCommerce and WordPress core releases (including HPOS changes), fix issues, and can add couriers or remittance formats as you grow. After the included window, ongoing maintenance is available on a support plan — we don't leave you with abandoned code.

Yes. The plugin is built against WooCommerce data stores and is HPOS-compatible, so it works whether you're on legacy post-meta or High-Performance Order Storage. It uses standard WordPress hooks and the WooCommerce REST API, so it coexists with your theme, payment gateways and shipping plugins. We test on your staging environment before going live.

That's the core of the build. Couriers like TCS, Leopards, Aramex, J&T, Bluedart and local 3PLs each export remittance data differently (CSV/XLSX columns, AWB formats, fee deductions). During the build we map your actual courier files so the import screen auto-matches payouts to orders. Adding a new courier later is a small configuration change we can do under support.

At checkout the plugin triggers an OTP via your chosen SMS gateway (Twilio or a local aggregator) to confirm the buyer controls the phone number. Orders that fail or skip verification are tagged by your risk rules for manual review before dispatch. Combined with COD-to-prepaid nudges, this filters out bogus numbers and serial returners before you pay for shipping.
