Every build includes a defined post-launch support window for bug fixes and adjustments if the CJ Dropshipping API changes. Because you receive the full source code, your team can also maintain it. We offer an optional ongoing maintenance plan that covers CJ API changes, WooCommerce/WordPress version compatibility and small enhancements.

Yes. You provide your CJ Dropshipping account and generate the API credentials (CJ supplies an access token / API key from your CJ developer settings). We configure those securely in the plugin's wp-admin settings during install. You stay in control of your CJ account and balance.

Yes. We build it HPOS-compatible (WooCommerce custom order tables) and against your actual theme and active plugins, validating on a staging copy of your site first. It uses standard WooCommerce hooks and the product data model, so it coexists with your checkout, email and shipping setup rather than overriding them.

When a WooCommerce order is paid, the plugin maps the line items, CJ variant IDs and shipping address into a CJ order via the CJ API, using your chosen warehouse and shipping method. CJ returns a tracking number, which the plugin writes back onto the WooCommerce order and surfaces in the customer's account and order emails. You can run it fully automatic or require a manual confirm step.

The plugin exposes WordPress action and filter hooks at the key points (after import, before order placement, after tracking write-back). That means custom logic such as dynamic profit margins, Slack notifications or an ERP push can be added cleanly without forking the core. We can scope those as part of the build or as a later enhancement.
