Airwallex Payments for WooCommerce

This is a build-to-order plugin. After purchase and a short scoping call to confirm your WooCommerce version, theme, checkout type, and Airwallex account details, ECOSIRE typically builds, installs, and verifies the gateway on your site within about 5 to 10 business days. We validate a real test transaction on staging before switching you to live.

The build includes a support window for fixes and adjustments after go-live. Because the plugin is custom-built for your stack, ECOSIRE maintains it directly — we can update it for new WooCommerce or Airwallex API changes, HPOS evolution, or theme/checkout changes under a support or maintenance arrangement. You are never left to patch a black-box ZIP yourself.

Yes. You bring your own Airwallex account and API credentials; ECOSIRE builds the WooCommerce integration around them and configures the keys and signed webhook secret on your site. We do not resell Airwallex or take a cut of your processing — the merchant relationship and pricing stay between you and Airwallex.

Yes. The gateway is built HPOS-compatible (it declares feature compatibility and stores Airwallex IDs as order meta), supports both the block-based Checkout and the classic shortcode checkout, and ships translation-ready strings that work alongside WPML or Polylang and WooCommerce multi-currency plugins. We confirm the exact combination on your store during the build.

The integration uses Airwallex's embedded Drop-in / hosted element, so the cardholder PAN is tokenized by Airwallex and never touches your WordPress server. This keeps your store in the lighter PCI DSS SAQ-A scope. The PaymentIntent is created server-side and the webhook endpoint is signature-verified to prevent spoofed status updates.

Yes. Full and partial refunds are issued straight from the WooCommerce order screen and pushed to Airwallex via the API. Every transaction is logged through WC_Logger (under WooCommerce → Status → Logs) and Airwallex payment IDs are stored as order meta, so reconciliation against your Airwallex dashboard is straightforward.
