A standard install is typically delivered within a few business days after you provide your Affirm sandbox and live API keys and WordPress/staging access. Custom theme placement or multisite/WPML work can extend that — we confirm the timeline before starting.

Yes. The plugin is supported by ECOSIRE after install. Your purchase includes a post-launch support window covering bug fixes and compatibility updates for new WooCommerce and WordPress releases. We can also continue support beyond that window under an ongoing arrangement. Affirm's own API changes are tracked and patched as needed.

Yes. You must have an approved Affirm merchant account and your own public/private API keys. ECOSIRE builds and wires the gateway to your account — we do not resell Affirm or set your financing rates. Whether a shopper is approved, and on what terms, is determined entirely by Affirm's credit decisioning and US/CA availability.

Yes. The gateway stores the Affirm charge_id and authorization status in WooCommerce order meta, and refunds (full or partial) issued from the standard WooCommerce order screen call Affirm's API via process_refund() so the charge is refunded on Affirm's side too. It works with HPOS custom order tables as well as the legacy order storage.

We build against your live theme and checkout. The pay-over-time messaging is injected through standard WooCommerce hooks (such as woocommerce_single_product_summary) so it renders correctly on your product and cart pages, and the gateway supports both the block-based Checkout and classic shortcode checkout. If your theme overrides checkout heavily, we test and adjust during the build.
