The UAE FTA e-invoicing mandate moves invoicing onto the Peppol network using the DCTCE 5-corner model and the PINT AE structured invoice format, with transmission and FTA reporting handled by an Accredited Service Provider (ASP). Off-the-shelf Shopify apps and Shopify's native order printer cannot produce a compliant structured e-invoice or route it through an ASP — they generate PDFs, not Peppol BIS/PINT AE XML.

This is a build-to-order connector: ECOSIRE designs, builds, installs and supports it for your specific Shopify store and your chosen ASP. It is not an instant Shopify App Store download. After purchase we scope your tax setup, connect to your store, and deliver a working integration.

What it does. The connector listens to Shopify orders/paid and orders/updated webhooks, reads order, tax and customer data via the Admin GraphQL API, and maps each transaction into a valid Peppol PINT AE structured invoice. It handles AED with multiple UAE VAT rates (5% standard, zero-rated, exempt, out-of-scope), reverse-charge flags, and TRN capture for both seller and buyer. Generated invoices are submitted to your ASP for DCTCE 5-corner exchange and FTA reporting, with the returned status, document ID and timestamp written back to Shopify order metafields so your team sees compliance status inside Admin.

Invoices render in Arabic and English bilingual layouts. The build includes a retry/queue path for failed transmissions, an audit log, and idempotency on webhook replays so a single order is never double-reported.

You own the result: source, configuration, and a handover document. ECOSIRE provides a warranty window plus optional ongoing support as the FTA specification evolves.
