There is no one-click self-serve install — the one-time fee covers our engineering and setup work, and go-live happens after you sign off in sandbox.

An active Telr merchant account with API credentials (store ID and auth key), a Shopify plan that permits the integration approach for your region, collaborator/staff access to your Shopify admin, and your list of target currencies and accepted card types. We handle the rest.

Yes. Every build includes 30 days of post-launch support for defects in the delivered integration. After that, ongoing maintenance — Telr API changes, Shopify platform updates, new currencies or markets, and enhancements — is available under a separate support retainer. We will scope that with you so you are never left with an unmaintained integration.

Yes. We use Telr's hosted secure payment page, so cardholder data is entered and processed in Telr's PCI-DSS compliant environment — your Shopify store never stores or transmits raw card numbers. Telr's fraud-screening rules run on every transaction, and we verify each transaction callback server-side before marking a Shopify order as paid.
