No. This is a build-to-order app. ECOSIRE scopes your requirements, builds the app against your theme and Shopify setup, then installs it on your store via a custom OAuth app. You are buying a custom build plus installation and support, not a one-click App Store listing.

Typical delivery is around 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff, depending on the complexity of your fee model, claims rules, and theme integration. After purchase we book a scoping call, confirm a firm timeline in writing, then build, install on your store, and verify everything live before handover.

A post-launch support window is included to fix any defects and help your team operate the claims queue. Because Shopify evolves its APIs (Functions, GraphQL versions, webhooks), we offer optional ongoing maintenance to keep the app current with API-version deprecations and your changing requirements. You receive the full source, so you can also maintain it yourself or via any developer.

Yes. There is no third-party underwriter in the flow. Premiums are collected as a line on the order and settle to you like any other revenue. You also fund the claim resolutions (the reorder or refund), so you control both sides of the economics — this is a self-managed program, not insurance resold on your behalf.

The fee is injected at the cart level using a Shopify Cart Transform Function (Shopify Functions), or via a managed protection variant where Functions are not suitable. This ensures the fee persists through to checkout and lands cleanly on the order. An opt-in/opt-out theme app extension widget lets shoppers add or remove coverage, and the protection state is recorded in order metafields.

Customers file claims through the built-in portal. Your team reviews each one and resolves it with one click: reorder drafts a replacement order through the Admin GraphQL API and honors your multi-location inventory, or refund issues money back through the Refund API. Order and fulfillment webhooks keep claim eligibility accurate, and every action is logged for audit.
