Once live, your shoppers in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and South Africa can pay with cards, bank transfer, USSD codes and mobile money, all settled in local currency to your Paystack account. We register the integration against Paystack's API using your live secret and public keys, wire a charge.success webhook so Shopify orders are marked paid only on verified, signature-checked events, and store the Paystack transaction reference in order metafields for reconciliation and refunds.
The build uses real Shopify primitives: OAuth app installation against your store, the Admin GraphQL API to read and update orders, webhook topics for order lifecycle events, and metafields to keep Paystack references queryable. Where a merchant wants subscriptions, we configure Paystack Plans for recurring billing and reconcile renewals back to Shopify.
Because every African acquiring setup differs — settlement currency, KYC tier, supported channels per country — we scope your exact configuration during a short onboarding call, then deliver and test in a staging context before go-live. You get a working, documented integration plus a defined support window. Honest expectation: this is a delivered-and-installed solution with a real lead time, not a one-click plugin. This is a build-to-order integration, not an instant download. After purchase we schedule a short onboarding call to collect your Paystack keys and target countries, then build, install and test it. Typical delivery is about 5 to 10 business days depending on how many countries and channels you need and how quickly we receive your Paystack credentials and store access.
+What ongoing support and updates are included?
The $249 one-time build includes a post-launch support window for bug fixes and configuration adjustments. If Paystack changes its API or you add new countries, channels or subscription plans later, we handle those as a scoped follow-up. We can also offer an ongoing maintenance arrangement if you want continuous coverage.
+Do I still pay Paystack's transaction fees?
Yes. The $249 is solely ECOSIRE's one-time build and installation fee. Paystack charges its own per-transaction processing fees directly to your Paystack account, separate from anything ECOSIRE bills. We do not mark up or collect Paystack's fees.
+Which countries, currencies and payment methods are supported?
We configure the channels Paystack supports in your markets: cards and bank transfer broadly, USSD for Nigeria, and mobile money for Ghana and Kenya, with settlement in NGN, GHS, KES or ZAR. Exact availability depends on what Paystack enables for your merchant account and KYC tier, which we confirm during onboarding.
