This is a build-to-order Shopify app, not an instant App Store install. After purchase, ECOSIRE designs, builds, and installs a Loyalty & Rewards Program tailored to your store, theme, and catalog — then supports it.

Off-the-shelf loyalty apps like Smile.io work, but their pricing scales with your active member count and order volume, and your earning rules, tier logic, and referral mechanics are boxed into their templates. We build the same class of engine as a custom Shopify app on your store for a one-time price, so there is no per-member tax on your own retention.

What we build. A points earning-and-redemption rules engine (points per dollar, bonus campaigns, signup/birthday/review bonuses, redemption to discount codes or free products); VIP tiers with escalating perks driven by trailing spend or points; a dual-sided referral program (advocate and friend both rewarded) with unique referral links and fraud guards; an on-site loyalty widget and a dedicated rewards page that match your theme; and points-expiry plus reminder automations so dormant balances drive customers back.

How it integrates. We use the Admin GraphQL API and OAuth with least-privilege scopes. Member balances and tier state live in customer metafields (and an ECOSIRE-hosted datastore for ledgers); orders/paid, orders/refunded, and customers/create webhooks keep points accurate even on refunds and cancellations. Redemptions issue native Shopify discount codes or Functions-based cart discounts, so they work at checkout — including Shopify Plus checkout extensibility where applicable. The storefront widget is a theme app embed, so it survives theme updates.
