This is a build-to-order integration, so it is not an instant download. A standard HyperPay connector typically takes about 5 to 10 business days from the point we receive your HyperPay entityId, access token and Shopify collaborator access. We confirm a firm timeline with you at kickoff; multi-currency, recurring tokenization or unusual checkout requirements can extend it slightly.

Yes. Every build includes a post-launch support window for fixes and configuration adjustments, and ECOSIRE remains the team that maintains it. If HyperPay changes its API or you need new features (additional currencies, recurring charges, capture changes), we handle the update under a support or change-request arrangement rather than leaving you with an unmaintained black box.

Yes. We build the integration, not the merchant relationship. You sign up with HyperPay directly and supply your entityId and access token for both sandbox and live. Pricing, transaction fees, KYC and settlement timing are agreed entirely between you and HyperPay — those terms never pass through ECOSIRE.

No. Shopify restricts first-party gateway slots to its own payments program, so a HyperPay integration is delivered as a custom build on your store — either an embedded Shopify app using OAuth and the Admin GraphQL API, or a hosted-payment-page redirect from cart to HyperPay and back via signed webhook. We pick the right model with you and install it; there is no public App Store listing to self-serve.

Card details are captured through HyperPay's COPYandPAY widget or hosted page, so raw card numbers are tokenized by HyperPay and never stored on your Shopify store or our infrastructure. The integration moves tokens and transaction references, not PANs, and 3-D Secure / OTP authentication runs inside the HyperPay flow.
