Jordan / GCC E-Invoicing Connector (JoFotara & Gulf)

No. This is a build-to-order custom app. After purchase, ECOSIRE scopes your active mandates, builds the connector for your specific store, and installs it via OAuth as a custom Shopify app. There is no public App Store listing or self-serve install.

Typical delivery is about 2 to 4 weeks from when we receive your store access and tax-portal credentials. A single-country Jordan/JoFotara setup is at the faster end; multi-country GCC profiles, custom branding, or unusual invoice rules extend the timeline. We confirm a date during scoping before any build work begins.

The build includes a post-delivery support window for fixes. Gulf and Levant e-invoicing rules change often, so we also offer an ongoing maintenance option that covers format updates, new country profiles, and adjustments when a tax authority revises its requirements. This is agreed separately from the one-time build fee.

Jordan's JoFotara is the live, built-out integration. Other GCC and Levant mandates (such as Saudi ZATCA Fatoora and the UAE rollout) are delivered as configurable country profiles scoped to the mandates you actually operate under. We confirm exactly which countries are in your build during scoping rather than promising blanket coverage.

It installs as a custom Shopify app via OAuth with access scoped to the orders, customers, and tax data it needs. It listens to orders/create and orders/paid webhooks, reads data through the Admin GraphQL API, submits invoices to the relevant government platform using your registered tax credentials, and writes the clearance number and QR code back to order metafields.
