No. This is a build-to-order app. ECOSIRE custom-builds, configures, and installs it on your store, tailored to your catalog, order patterns, and the email/SMS/ad tools you use. There is no self-serve App Store listing to click-install.

Typical delivery is about 2 to 4 weeks from the discovery call, depending on store size and how many segment rules and sync destinations you need. We start with a scoping call, agree on RFM weights and segments, then build, install, and verify the historical backfill before handover.

Every build includes a post-launch support window covering bug fixes and minor adjustments. After that, ECOSIRE provides ongoing support, Shopify API version upkeep (so webhooks and GraphQL calls stay current), and enhancements under a support arrangement we agree on. You are not left to maintain the app yourself.

It subscribes to Shopify webhooks (orders/create, orders/updated, customers/update). When an event fires, RFM scores, CLV, and churn-risk are recomputed and written back to the customer's metafields, so segment membership updates automatically without manual re-tagging.

Yes, where a supported connector exists. We commonly sync segments to Klaviyo, Shopify Email and Flow, SMS platforms, and Meta/Google custom audiences. Because scores live in native Shopify metafields, other apps can also read them. We confirm your exact destinations during scoping and wire at least one in the build.

It uses Shopify OAuth with read access to customers and orders and write access to customer metafields. It runs as an embedded app within Shopify Admin and processes your data to compute scores — no reselling or sharing of your customer data. Exact scopes are reviewed with you before install.
