Checkout Extensibility Customizer

This is a build-to-order app, not an instant App Store install. After a short discovery call to confirm your extension targets, fields and conditional rules, ECOSIRE builds the Checkout UI Extensions, installs the app on your store via OAuth, and QA's everything on your live checkout. Typical builds ship within a defined lead time we confirm during scoping; more complex conditional logic or many custom fields can extend it. We give you a clear delivery date before work starts.

Yes. Every build includes post-launch verification on your live checkout and a defined support window for fixes. Because Shopify evolves the checkout extensibility platform and @shopify/ui-extensions APIs over time, we can keep the app updated under an ongoing support arrangement. You also receive a handover document so your own team can adjust content and rules where appropriate.

That's the entire point. Shopify is deprecating checkout.liquid and additionalScripts. We rebuild your trust badges, custom fields, banners and upsells as native Checkout UI Extensions deployed through the Shopify CLI, placed at supported extension targets. This is the supported, future-proof path that survives Shopify's mandatory migration to extensibility.

Yes. Custom fields (gift messages, VAT/Tax ID, delivery notes, PO numbers, and similar) are rendered in checkout and persisted to order metafields via the Admin GraphQL API. The captured data appears in the Shopify admin on the order and is available in order exports and downstream integrations, so your fulfillment and accounting systems get structured data, not free-text notes.

Not necessarily. Many Checkout UI Extension capabilities — app blocks, custom fields, banners and branding — are available to non-Plus merchants on the new checkout, while some advanced targets and deeper customization are Plus-only. During discovery we confirm exactly what your plan supports and scope the build to what Shopify allows on your store, so nothing we promise depends on a capability you can't access.

We install it as a private/custom app on your store through Shopify's OAuth flow, requesting only least-privilege scopes the customizations actually require (for example write_checkouts, read_orders, and write_orders where order data is captured). We can also register webhooks such as orders/create or orders/paid if your custom field data needs downstream processing. You review and approve the scopes at install.
