Every build includes a post-delivery support window to fix any issues found in live use. After that, you can take an optional maintenance plan covering Shopify API version upgrades, gateway API changes, webhook health monitoring, and reconciliation tweaks. Pakistani gateways change callback formats and settlement reports periodically, so the maintenance option keeps the app working as those evolve. Support is provided directly by ECOSIRE.

Yes. ECOSIRE builds and connects the integration, but the merchant accounts and API credentials must be yours — JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank, and your BNPL provider issue these directly to your registered business. We guide you through requesting API keys, callback/IPN URLs and hash-verification secrets, and we handle all the technical wiring once you have them.

Yes. The app integrates through Shopify's standard app surfaces — the Admin GraphQL API, webhooks, metafields, and a checkout method selection UI — so it works alongside your existing theme. We test against your live theme during the build and verify the customer-facing flow before go-live. No theme rebuild is required.

Each order is tagged via metafields with the gateway used and its transaction ID at payment time. The reconciliation dashboard then compares your gateway settlement reports against those Shopify orders, marks matched transactions, and flags any mismatches — missing settlements, amount differences, or orders marked paid without a verified callback. This replaces manual spreadsheet cross-checking and gives finance an auditable record.
