Workflow and object design

Receive a sales operations signal, validate its source and required fields, resolve Lead, Account and Opportunity, apply the intake & capture decision rules, write the approved state, then record a correlated audit result. The source event is sales.capture.requested; the resulting audit event is sales.capture.recorded. The mapped business surface is Lead, Account and Opportunity.

Technical approach
