The Field Service Management Suite runs maintenance and installation businesses: work orders with checklists, technician calendars, contract-driven recurring visits, parts consumption, and on-site customer sign-off. For HVAC, facilities management, equipment maintenance, and installation companies — a vertical with heavy demand across the GCC’s FM-driven economy. Planned features include work order templates with task checklists, skills-based technician assignment, service contracts with SLA timers and recurring schedules, spare-part reservations and van stock, mobile-friendly job execution with photos and signatures, quotation upsells from site, warranty linkage, and profitability per job and per contract. This app is currently in development on the ECOSIRE build pipeline.
