Batch & Wave Picking groups many orders into efficient warehouse runs: batch picks across orders, scheduled waves by carrier cutoff, and cluster picking into multi-order totes with downstream sorting. For e-commerce fulfilment operations shipping dozens to thousands of orders daily — including sellers running ECOSIRE marketplace connectors with multichannel order streams. Planned features include batch creation rules by zone, carrier, and cutoff time, route-optimized pick sequences, cluster picking with tote assignment, sort-and-pack consolidation screens, picker workload balancing, exception handling for shorts and damages mid-pick, and pick-rate analytics per worker and zone. This app is currently in development on the ECOSIRE build pipeline.
