This is a build-to-order Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce payment integration — not an instant Adobe Commerce Marketplace download. After you order, ECOSIRE builds, installs and configures a dedicated Ecosire_TelrPayment module under app/code/Ecosire/TelrPayment (or ships it as a Composer package), then verifies it against your live Telr merchant account.

The module is engineered the right Magento way: payment methods are wired through the Payment Gateway Command Pool and service contracts, registered in di.xml, and exposed as a payment renderer in the Checkout (UI Component) so they appear cleanly on the one-page checkout. Customers are routed to the Telr hosted payment page for PCI-friendly card capture, with 3D Secure challenge flow handled by Telr. On return, an observer/webhook controller validates the Telr transaction reference and signature, transitions the Magento order state, and writes a payment transaction record.

You get cards, mada and local GCC methods, multi-currency support driven by your store-view currency configuration, and full and partial refunds issued directly from the Sales > Credit Memo screen via an online refund command. All admin configuration sits under a dedicated system.xml section with ACL controls so staff permissions are respected.

How long until the Telr gateway is live on my store?

This is a build-to-order extension, so there is an honest lead time rather than an instant download. Typical delivery is about 5–10 business days from when we receive your Telr Store ID and test credentials and access to your staging environment. Heavily customized checkouts or multi-store setups can take a little longer; we confirm a firm timeline with you before starting.

What support and updates do I get after launch?

Every build includes a post-launch support window for bug fixes and configuration help. After that, ECOSIRE offers ongoing maintenance to keep the module compatible with new Magento 2.4.x patch releases, PHP versions and any Telr API changes. Because we build and own the source, we can update or extend it for you directly — you are not waiting on a third-party marketplace vendor.

Is this on the Adobe Commerce Marketplace? Can I just download it?

No. This is a custom-built integration that ECOSIRE develops, installs and supports for your specific store and Telr account. There is no instant marketplace download — the trade-off is that the gateway is tailored to your theme, currency setup and checkout, then installed and tested for you.

Magento only stores Telr transaction references and the resulting payment transaction records for reconciliation.

Can I refund orders, including partial refunds, from the Magento admin?

Yes. Refunds are issued directly from the Sales > Credit Memo screen. The module implements an online refund gateway command that calls Telr, supporting both full and partial refunds, and writes the refund transaction back to the Magento order.
