No. This is a build-to-order extension. ECOSIRE builds the PayTabs module specifically for your Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce environment, installs it on your instance, and configures it against your PayTabs merchant account. There is no instant Marketplace download — you receive a tested, installed and supported integration.

Typical delivery is around 5 to 10 business days from the point we have access to your Magento environment and PayTabs sandbox credentials. Timing depends on your PayTabs profile setup, which local payment methods you need enabled, and your environment access. We confirm a firm date during scoping before any build work begins.

Yes. The one-time build price includes a post-launch support window for bug fixes and compatibility questions. Because PayTabs API changes and Magento minor upgrades occur over time, we also offer ongoing maintenance so the module keeps passing 3D Secure, callback and reconciliation flows on new Magento patch releases. We never claim silent auto-updates — changes are versioned and applied deliberately.

Both Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source on current supported 2.4.x releases (Luma and Hyvä themes). We build and test against your exact version and PHP runtime, run setup:upgrade and di:compile in a staging environment first, and verify the checkout, admin refund and partial-capture flows before touching production.

Yes. Card transactions are routed through 3D Secure authentication for SCA, and the local methods available depend on what your PayTabs profile enables — commonly mada, KNET, Apple Pay and STC Pay across the GCC. We surface the methods your merchant account is provisioned for and test each one in sandbox before go-live.
