No. This is a build-to-order extension. ECOSIRE builds the module to your exact field mapping, file format and destination, then installs and verifies it on your Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce instance. There is no self-service Marketplace download or license key.

Typical lead time is 5 to 10 business days from when we finalize your field-mapping spec and receive access to a staging environment. A straightforward single-format export to one destination lands toward the short end; complex multi-profile setups with several destinations or unusual target schemas take longer. We confirm a firm date in writing before starting the build.

Every build includes a 30-day post-delivery support window covering bug fixes and compatibility adjustments. Beyond that, ECOSIRE offers optional retainer support for new export profiles, destination changes, and Magento minor/major-version upgrade compatibility. Because we own the source we ship you, you are never locked out of your own integration.

Yes. The module is MSI-aware and can include source-level stock and a per-line source_code in the export so your ERP, 3PL or WMS knows which inventory source fulfilled each order. If you run single-source default inventory it works there too, without the MSI fields.

It reads data through Magento service contracts and the repository interfaces (OrderRepositoryInterface, InvoiceRepositoryInterface, ShipmentRepositoryInterface) and wires behavior via di.xml, observers and cron rather than core overrides or raw SQL. That keeps it upgrade-safe across Magento patch and minor releases. We test against your specific Magento version before delivery.

Yes. Each profile can run on a Magento cron schedule you define, or fire on events such as sales_order_save_after and sales_order_invoice_save_after via observers, so files leave your store the moment a record is created. You can also keep a manual run button in the admin for ad-hoc exports.
