Scans on the floor become validated calls that update inventory_source_item, decrement reservations on pack/ship, and write an auditable transfer history. The app covers five core flows: mobile receiving and putaway against purchase orders or inbound shipments; scan-driven picking and packing with mispick guards; inter-warehouse and inter-source stock transfers; real-time cycle counts and full stock-takes that reconcile against MSI quantities; and on-device source and bin assignment so stock lands in the right place. It runs on Android and iOS handhelds and tablets, supports rugged Zebra/Honeywell scanners and the device camera, and degrades gracefully on patchy warehouse Wi-Fi with a queued offline buffer.
