JD.com Marketplace Integration for Magento 2

Every build includes a defined post-launch support and update window covering bug fixes, configuration help, and compatibility with the Magento 2.4.x patch releases you run. If JD.com changes its OpenAPI (endpoints, required fields, or rate limits), we update the integration. Extended support and enhancement retainers are available; we do not silently auto-update production — changes are applied on your staging environment first.

Yes. You provide an active JD.com (京东) seller/POP account and JD OpenAPI application credentials (app key, secret and authorized token). We configure them securely in Magento's encrypted system configuration and handle OAuth token refresh. We can guide your team through requesting OpenAPI access if you do not have it yet.
