Every build includes a defined post-launch support and bug-fix window (terms confirmed at order). Because the module is purpose-built for your store, we also handle compatibility fixes when you upgrade Magento or Adobe Commerce. Longer-term maintenance and feature additions are available as a separate agreement — you always own the source code we deliver.

Yes. We build against whichever edition you run. On Adobe Commerce we account for the additional features you may use (B2B, advanced MSI reservations, staging). The core verification logic — observers, service contracts, ACL, the mobile interface — is identical; we tune the integration points to your edition and version.

The module hooks Magento's native shipment events and exposes state through service contracts, so it sits alongside shipping/label extensions rather than replacing them. During the build we review your installed modules and, where needed, use DI plugins/interceptors instead of class rewrites to avoid conflicts. If you already run a WMS, we expose REST/GraphQL endpoints so it can read verification status.

It works with standard USB/Bluetooth barcode scanners and camera-based scanning on tablets — anything that delivers the barcode as keyboard input or via the scan API we configure. The interface runs offline-until-connected: scans queue locally and sync when the connection returns, so a Wi-Fi dropout on the warehouse floor never stops picking or packing.
