There is no instant Marketplace download or self-service license; you receive a tailored, production-ready module plus its source code.

A standard build, install, and handover typically takes about 2 to 3 weeks from kickoff, depending on customizations (custom attributes, B2B/multi-store scope, and which LLM providers you want wired in). We need access to a staging environment, your Magento version and edition (Open Source or Adobe Commerce), and the API keys for your preferred LLM provider(s). The 2-to-3-week estimate is honest scoping, not a fixed SLA — complex multi-website setups can take longer and we confirm the timeline before starting.

Delivery includes a post-handover support window for bug fixes, Magento version-compatibility checks, and minor adjustments. Because you own the source, your team can deploy and extend it freely. Beyond the included window, ECOSIRE offers ongoing support and maintenance retainers — covering Magento upgrades, new LLM-provider integrations, and feature additions — which we scope separately.

The copilot targets Magento 2 on both Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce, including B2B and multi-store/multi-website configurations. We confirm your exact version (for example 2.4.x line and PHP version) during scoping and build against it, since DI compilation, ACL resources, and admin UI components must match your platform release.

The copilot reads data through Magento service contracts and repositories — never raw SQL — so it respects existing data boundaries. Every action is gated by native admin ACL, so you decide which roles can ask, draft, or trigger automations, and every prompt, response, and applied change is written to an audit log. AI-drafted content and automation suggestions are human-in-the-loop by default: nothing is saved or applied until an admin approves it. LLM API keys are stored encrypted, and you can self-host or switch providers since the backend is provider-agnostic.

Only when you approve them. By design the copilot drafts and suggests — generated descriptions, meta tags, restock and pricing recommendations — and an admin reviews and confirms before anything is saved. You can scope which roles even have the ability to apply changes through ACL, and the audit log records who applied what.
