This is a build-to-order extension, not an instant download. After a short scoping call to confirm your channels, routing rules and Magento edition, typical delivery is about 3 to 6 weeks depending on how many marketplace/POS connectors and custom routing strategies are involved. We build on a staging environment first, review the routing logic and workflows with you, then deploy to production. You receive a firm timeline in writing before work begins.

Every build includes a post-deployment support window covering bug fixes and verification that the module stays compatible with Magento/Adobe Commerce patch releases. Because you own the source code, you are never locked in. We also offer optional ongoing support and enhancement retainers if you want us to add channels, refine routing rules or maintain compatibility across future Magento upgrades long-term.

Both. On Adobe Commerce we build on top of native Multi-Source Inventory (MSI) and Source Selection Algorithms so the module cooperates with core. On Magento Open Source, which lacks the full MSI/SSA tooling, we implement an equivalent multi-source and routing layer. We confirm your edition during scoping and build accordingly.

We deliberately avoid core overrides. The module uses plugins (interceptors), event observers, `di.xml` preferences and service contracts, which is the upgrade-safe pattern. During the build we test against your existing third-party extensions on staging, and the support window includes re-checking compatibility when you apply Magento security patches.

We build ingestion endpoints (REST/GraphQL) and connectors for the specific channels you name — for example Amazon, eBay or your POS system. Each external order is normalized into a Magento sales order, dropped into the unified pool, and run through the routing engine just like a web order, so all channels share one fulfillment workflow and one source of inventory truth.
