IndiaMART is a B2B lead-generation marketplace, NOT a transactional storefront.
Its only developer surface is the Lead Pull API (Buy Leads + Business Enquiries). This
connector pulls leads and materialises them as Company-type Customers (deduped on
UNIQUE_QUERY_ID), with honest sync reporting. There is no catalog, order, inventory,
returns, payments, shipping, promotions, reviews or webhook API on IndiaMART — those sync
actions are honest-skipped with a contract reason, never faked.

Status

Grounded. The Lead Pull client + lead->Customer sync are grounded on platform-api-intelligence/platforms/indiamart/contract.json (LMS v2, base https://mapi.indiamart.com, CRM-key query-string auth, time-window pagination). Products/orders/inventory honest-skip (no such API).

Auth & rate limits

Authentication is a static per-seller CRM Key (glusr_crm_key) carried in the query string — set it on the Indiamart Store DocType (Password field). IndiaMART recommends ~12 pulls/hour; the lead scheduler runs every 15 minutes (4/hour) over a rolling window (max 7 days live).
