TikTok Shop Connector for Business Central is a build-to-order AL extension that wires your TikTok Shop seller account directly into Dynamics 365 Business Central, so social-commerce orders flow into your ERP for fulfillment instead of living in spreadsheets and the TikTok Seller Center.
This is not an instant AppSource download. ECOSIRE builds the extension against the TikTok Shop Partner API and your specific BC configuration, then installs it as a per-tenant extension on your Business Central environment (cloud SaaS or on-prem) and supports it after go-live. You get a connector tuned to your item numbering, dimensions, locations and posting setup — not a generic shim you have to bend your processes around.
Under the hood the extension uses dedicated AL tables and table/page extensions for mapping (TikTok product → BC item, TikTok order → Sales Order/Header), HttpClient-based calls to the TikTok Shop REST API with token refresh, and Job Queue entries that poll and push on a schedule you control. Event subscribers on the standard Sales Header/Sales Shipment flow trigger shipment and tracking write-back to TikTok automatically. Stock levels publish from your chosen BC locations, and returns/refunds raised in TikTok Shop create the matching documents in BC for clean reconciliation.
Multi-region TikTok Shop accounts (US, UK, SEA and more) are supported through per-shop configuration, each with its own currency, warehouse mapping and tax handling. Permission sets ship with the extension so you control who can configure the connector versus who simply works the synced orders. Where you run Power Platform, synced order and intent data can be surfaced through Dataverse for reporting.
