eBay Connector for Business Central is a build-to-order AL extension that links your eBay seller account to Dynamics 365 Business Central, so orders, inventory, pricing and shipping stay in sync without manual re-keying. It is not an instant AppSource download — ECOSIRE builds it against your data model, installs it as a per-tenant extension on your BC environment, and supports it after go-live.

The extension authenticates to the eBay Sell APIs (OAuth2) and uses a Business Central job queue entry to poll new and changed orders on a schedule you choose. Each eBay order is downloaded into a native BC Sales Order, with buyer details mapped to a Customer record (created or matched on email/eBay username). SKUs map to BC Items via a configurable mapping table, so the right item, unit price and tax post through your standard sales flow.

Listing and stock flow the other way too. Price and available quantity changes on a BC item publish back to the matching eBay listing through event subscribers on the relevant tables, keeping channels aligned and reducing oversell. When you post a shipment, tracking number and carrier write back to eBay to mark the order shipped and notify the buyer.

Technically it ships as table and page extensions (setup, mapping, sync log), a dedicated permission set, and an isolated HTTP integration layer with retry and structured error logging. We can extend it into Power Platform / Dataverse if you run virtual tables there.

You receive the source, a per-tenant install on sandbox then production, a configuration session, and a support window. Lead time is typically 2–4 weeks depending on SKU mapping complexity and how many eBay sites you sell on. Pricing is a one-time build fee; ongoing support and eBay API-version maintenance are quoted separately and agreed up front.
