No. This is a build-to-order, per-tenant AL extension. ECOSIRE develops it against your Trendyol account and your Business Central configuration, then installs the signed .app on your sandbox for validation before promoting to production. There is no public AppSource listing to download — that is deliberate, so the connector matches your exact item mapping, VAT setup and chart of accounts.

Typical lead time is about 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff, depending on the breadth of mapping (listings, multi-warehouse stock logic, settlement posting rules). After requirements sign-off we build in a sandbox, validate live order/stock/settlement flows with you, then schedule the production cutover. We give you a firm date once scope is confirmed — we do not promise instant turnaround.

ECOSIRE supports the extension after launch: we monitor the sync error queue, fix issues, and update the code as the Trendyol Marketplace API changes or when Microsoft ships a new Business Central major version that affects the extension. A support and maintenance plan covers ongoing API/version changes; the initial build price covers delivery, installation and a stabilization window.

Yes. It is delivered as a standard AL extension, so it installs on Business Central online (SaaS) and on supported on-premises deployments. Outbound calls to the Trendyol API are made over HTTPS; on-prem environments must allow that egress. We confirm your version and topology during scoping.

Yes. We hand over the source-available AL project, a field-mapping document and an admin runbook. The extension uses a dedicated permission set and standard BC objects (Job Queue, event subscribers, table/page extensions), so it stays maintainable and you are never locked into a black box.
