Yes. Every build includes a warranty window after go-live, and we offer ongoing support and maintenance plans. Because it is a per-tenant AL extension, we keep it compatible across Business Central's twice-yearly platform updates, adjust thresholds and prompts as your operation changes, and can extend it with new questions or recommendations on request.

No. The agent is read-only against your production data. All recommendations — reschedule, replenish, expedite — are surfaced as suggestions that a planner reviews and confirms inside Business Central. The human always stays in control of any actual change.

Yes. It is built on top of your existing Manufacturing module using table extensions, page extensions, and event subscribers, so nothing in your base configuration is replaced. It fully respects Business Central permission sets — the agent only sees what the signed-in user is authorized to see.

Natural-language requests are processed through a governed Azure OpenAI / Copilot prompt layer following Microsoft's supported BC pattern, with grounding on your data and guardrails against fabricated numbers. The agent queries your tenant only through safe, read-only AL queries and the BC REST/OData API — it never runs free-form SQL. We configure the connection within your own Microsoft tenant boundaries per your data governance requirements.
