Retail Analytics & Store Dashboard is a custom Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central extension that turns your live sales, inventory and POS data into the store-performance metrics retail and hospitality leaders actually run on — without you building a single report.

This is not an instant AppSource download. ECOSIRE designs, develops and installs this as a per-tenant AL extension directly on your Business Central environment (cloud or on-prem), tuned to your chart of accounts, item categories, store dimensions and POS feed. We deploy it, validate it against your data, hand over the permission sets, and support it after go-live.

Under the hood it ships as a clean AL package: table extensions on Sales Line, Item Ledger Entry and POS transaction tables; page extensions and dedicated Role Center pages hosting the dashboards; and event subscribers that compute basket size, conversion, gross margin and markdown without altering posting logic. KPI aggregation runs on a scheduled job queue entry so the Role Center stays fast even on large transaction volumes.

Dashboards cover sales and conversion, store and channel comparison, gross-margin and markdown analysis, hourly heatmaps with staff performance, and top/bottom SKU and category movers. Data is exposed through custom API pages (OData v4 / REST) so the same KPIs flow into Power BI and the Power Platform via Dataverse, or into your own warehouse — no screen-scraping.

Because it is per-tenant, your dimensions, store structure and margin rules are first-class, not forced into a generic template. You own the install; ECOSIRE owns the build quality, the AppSource-grade technical validation, and the ongoing fixes and version bumps as you upgrade Business Central.
