ECOSIRE builds it in the AL language as a per-tenant (or AppSource-style) extension, deploys it to your Business Central Online or on-premises tenant, and supports it after go-live. We tailor the rating scales, competency framework and review templates to your actual appraisal policy rather than forcing your process into a fixed app.
Under the hood the extension adds new tables for goals/OKRs, review cycles, rating scales and competency assessments, plus table and page extensions on the standard Employee card and HR role centre. Manager and 360° reviewer flows are driven through Business Central pages, Notifications and the Job Queue for cycle reminders and escalations. A calibration workspace and a 9-box talent grid let leaders moderate ratings before they are locked, and approved merit recommendations link straight to compensation/payroll fields on the employee record.
Everything is exposed through the Business Central REST/OData v4 API so review data can flow to Power BI, Power Apps or Dataverse via Power Platform integration. Permission sets scope who can see goals, draft reviews and final calibrated scores. Because it ships as a proper AL extension, it survives Business Central monthly and major upgrades — ECOSIRE recompiles and re-validates against each new runtime so your appraisal cycle keeps running.

Yes. The extension is written in AL and deploys to Business Central Online as a per-tenant extension, and can also be installed on supported on-premises deployments. The REST/OData and Job Queue features used are available in both.
+Can review data feed Power BI, Power Apps or Dataverse?
