Native order emails fire only on status change, carry no carrier tracking number, and there is no customer-facing tracking page at all. This plugin closes that gap.
ECOSIRE builds Order Status Tracking & Notifications for WooCommerce to order, installs it directly on your WordPress site, and supports it after launch. It is not an instant WooCommerce.com or WordPress.org download — we tailor it to your theme, your carriers, and your messaging stack, then hand you a working system.
At its core sits a branded, shortcode-driven tracking page ([ecosire_order_tracking]) where a customer enters an order number plus email and sees live status, a visual progress timeline, and a deep link to the carrier's tracking site. Behind it, a notification engine hooked into woocommerce_order_status_changed dispatches messages over email (WP Mail / SMTP), SMS, and WhatsApp the moment an order moves to processing, shipped, out for delivery, or any custom status we register for your fulfilment flow.
The build is HPOS-aware (WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage / custom order tables) and falls back cleanly on legacy post-meta stores. Tracking numbers can be bulk-imported via CSV or pushed through the WooCommerce REST API from your 3PL or shipping app, and carrier auto-detection maps a tracking number's format to the right courier so links resolve correctly. Triggers, message templates, and channel routing live in a clean wp-admin settings screen, and scheduled re-checks run on WP-Cron. Is this an instant download I can install myself?
No. This is a build-to-order plugin. ECOSIRE builds it for your specific WooCommerce setup, carriers and messaging providers, then installs it on your WordPress site. You receive a working, configured system rather than a generic ZIP from a marketplace.
How long does delivery take after I order?

Do the SMS and WhatsApp notifications need my own provider account?
Yes. SMS and WhatsApp are sent through your own gateway account (for example a Twilio-style SMS provider or a WhatsApp Business API provider). You keep ownership of the account and its costs; we integrate the plugin with your credentials and test delivery end to end. Email uses your site's existing WP Mail / SMTP setup.
Will it work with HPOS and my existing carriers?
Yes. The data layer is built to read and write through WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (custom order tables) and falls back to legacy post-meta where HPOS is off. Carrier auto-detection maps tracking-number formats to the couriers you ship with, and we configure that mapping for your actual carriers during the build.
