Marketplaces built on Dokan or WCFM sell products from many vendors in a single cart, but WooCommerce core was designed for a single shipping origin. The result is the classic multi-vendor headache: one flat shipping cost for a cart that should ship from five different warehouses, no way for vendors to set their own rates, and fulfillment chaos when one order contains items from three sellers.
WooCommerce Multi-Vendor Shipping Manager is a plugin ECOSIRE builds, installs and supports on your WordPress site to close that gap. It is not an instant WooCommerce.com or WordPress.org download — we scope it to your exact marketplace plugin (Dokan Lite/Pro or WCFM), your active shipping carriers, and your commission model, then deploy and configure it for you.
Each vendor gets their own shipping methods and rates through dedicated wp-admin and vendor-dashboard settings, stored against the vendor user and surfaced via WooCommerce shipping zones and the woocommerce_package_rates filter. At checkout the cart is split into per-vendor packages using woocommerce_cart_shipping_packages, so a buyer sees a correct, separately-rated cost line for each seller. After purchase, the order is split into per-vendor sub-orders for independent fulfillment, with vendor-level labels and tracking numbers written to order meta (HPOS / custom order tables compatible). Shipping income is reconciled against your Dokan/WCFM commission engine so vendors are paid correctly net of shipping.
We deliver it production-ready: tested against your theme, your carriers, and your live checkout, with code you own.
Runs a multi-vendor store on Dokan Pro where each seller ships from a different location and needs per-vendor rates, split shipments, and correct commission-net-of-shipping payouts.
Operates a WCFM marketplace and is onboarding dozens of vendors who each demand control over their own shipping methods and a self-serve fulfillment view without admin involvement.
Manages fulfillment for a busy marketplace where carts routinely mix items from several vendors, and needs orders split per-vendor with independent labels and tracking to clear the backlog.

This is build-to-order, not an instant download — there is no WooCommerce.com or WordPress.org link to grab. After a short scoping call to confirm your marketplace plugin (Dokan or WCFM), carriers, and commission model, a typical build, install and live testing runs about 2 to 4 weeks depending on carrier integrations and customizations. We deploy to staging first, then to production with you.
ECOSIRE installs the plugin and supports it on your site. The one-time build price includes the initial deployment, configuration, and a post-launch support window for fixes. We keep it compatible as WooCommerce, Dokan/WCFM, and HPOS evolve; ongoing maintenance and WooCommerce-version-compatibility retainers are available, and because you own the source code you are never locked in.
Yes — we build it specifically against the marketplace plugin you run. It reads vendor identity, product-to-vendor mapping, and the commission engine from Dokan (Lite or Pro) or WCFM, and adds the vendor shipping settings into that plugin's existing vendor dashboard so your sellers use one familiar interface.
Yes. All shipment, label, and tracking data is written through the WooCommerce CRUD and data-store API rather than direct postmeta access, so it works correctly whether your store uses legacy post-based orders or HPOS custom order tables. We verify HPOS compatibility as part of the deployment.
Both. Vendors configure their own shipping methods, zones, rates, free-shipping thresholds, and handling fees from their vendor dashboard, while you as the marketplace admin retain global controls and overrides in wp-admin. Per-vendor rates are applied at checkout through the woocommerce_package_rates filter on each vendor's split package.
