Yes. All shipment, label, and tracking data is written through the WooCommerce CRUD and data-store API rather than direct postmeta access, so it works correctly whether your store uses legacy post-based orders or HPOS custom order tables. We verify HPOS compatibility as part of the deployment.

Vendors configure their own shipping methods, zones, rates, free-shipping thresholds, and handling fees from their vendor dashboard, while you as the marketplace admin retain global controls and overrides in wp-admin. Per-vendor rates are applied at checkout through the woocommerce_package_rates filter on each vendor's split package.
