Typical delivery is about 2 to 4 weeks from the point we have your Coupang OpenAPI/Wing credentials, a representative catalog and access to your WordPress site. This is build-to-order, not an instant download: the timeline covers building against your real catalog, mapping your categories to Coupang's, and a supervised first sync. Larger or unusual catalogs (heavy variable products, many categories) can extend this, and we'll give you a firm estimate after a short scoping call.

Every build includes a post-launch support window covering bug fixes and compatibility updates when Coupang changes its OpenAPI or when you update WooCommerce/WordPress. Because the plugin is custom and installed on your own site, there is no auto-update from a public marketplace — we ship updates directly to you. After the included window, ongoing maintenance and feature additions are available as a support retainer.

Yes. You need an active Coupang seller account with Coupang Wing / OpenAPI access enabled, including your Access Key, Secret Key and Vendor ID. We configure the plugin with those credentials; we don't create or own the Coupang account on your behalf. If you're still onboarding to Coupang, we can advise on what to request, but the marketplace account stays yours.

Yes. Orders placed on Coupang are imported as native WooCommerce orders, fully compatible with HPOS / custom order tables. They flow into the same fulfillment, email and reporting processes you already use, and when you mark them shipped the plugin pushes the shipment and tracking number back to Coupang automatically.

Yes. The plugin exposes WordPress hooks, actions and filters so your developers (or ours) can override category/option mapping, transform fields, or hook into sync events. Because it's built to order, catalog-specific cases like bundles, variable products and Korean-language titles are handled during the build, and the hook layer keeps it extensible afterward.
