Coupang Integration for WooCommerce is a build-to-order plugin that bridges your WordPress/WooCommerce store with the Coupang Open API, so you can sell into the South Korean market without re-keying products or babysitting two dashboards. This is not an instant download from WooCommerce.com or WordPress.org — ECOSIRE builds, installs, and supports it directly on your site and tunes the field mapping to your real catalog before handover.
Once live, the plugin pushes your WooCommerce products (titles, images, descriptions, variations) up to Coupang as listings, keeps stock and price in sync in both directions, and imports Coupang orders straight into WooCommerce as native orders — fully compatible with HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage / custom order tables). Inventory deductions, price rules, and fulfillment/tracking updates flow back to Coupang automatically.
The plugin runs scheduled syncs via WP-Cron (or a real server cron for higher-volume stores), authenticates against Coupang's HMAC-signed API, and exposes a clean wp-admin settings screen for credentials, category and attribute mapping, markup/rounding rules, and sync logs. It hooks into standard WooCommerce actions (woocommerce_order_status_changed, woocommerce_update_product, stock-change hooks) so your existing workflow, plugins, and theme keep working.
Built to respect your data: queued, rate-limited API calls, retry on failure, and an audit log of every push and pull. We handle WPML / multilingual and multisite cases on request. How long until the plugin is built and live on my site?
This is build-to-order, so it is not an instant download. After we confirm your requirements and you provide Coupang Open API access to your seller account, a typical build, install, and end-to-end test on your WordPress site takes roughly 2 to 4 weeks depending on catalog size and how custom your category mapping and price rules are. We confirm a specific lead time in writing before starting.
What do I need to provide before you start?
An active Coupang seller account with Open API access (vendor ID and the API access/secret keys), admin access to your WordPress/WooCommerce site, and a sense of your catalog structure. WooCommerce 8.0+ with HPOS is recommended. We handle the rest, including mapping your products to Coupang's category tree.
What ongoing support and updates do I get after launch?
Every build includes an agreed post-launch support window for bug fixes and adjustments, with the exact scope and duration confirmed before we start. Because Coupang's Open API and WooCommerce both change over time, we also offer ongoing maintenance so the integration keeps working through WooCommerce, WordPress, and Coupang API updates. There is no auto-update channel like a WordPress.org plugin — updates are delivered and applied by ECOSIRE.
Will this work with my existing theme, plugins, and HPOS?
Yes. The plugin uses standard WooCommerce hooks and actions and stores orders through WooCommerce's High-Performance Order Storage (custom order tables), so it coexists with your theme and other plugins. If you run WPML for multilingual listings or a WordPress multisite network, tell us up front and we configure for it during the build.
Does it really sync inventory both ways, and how often?
Yes. A sale on Coupang reduces WooCommerce stock and a sale or stock edit in WooCommerce updates the Coupang listing, within the scheduled sync window. Sync runs on WP-Cron by default; for higher-volume stores we set up a real server cron for tighter intervals. All calls are queued, rate-limited against Coupang's API limits, and retried on failure, with every push and pull recorded in the audit log.
