The ASOS Marketplace Connector for WooCommerce keeps your ASOS boutique and your WooCommerce store in lockstep, so you stop double-keying products and overselling stock across two systems. ECOSIRE builds it as a standard WordPress plugin on your site — it reads and writes through the WooCommerce REST API and core data layer, hooks into WordPress actions/filters for product and order events, and runs scheduled jobs on WP-Cron (or a real server cron for reliability).
For fashion sellers, the hard part is the catalog. The connector maps your WooCommerce variable products — size and color attributes and per-variation SKUs — onto ASOS's required attribute structure, so a "UK 10 / Forest Green" variation lands correctly on the marketplace instead of as a flat listing. Stock and price changes flow both ways on a schedule, and incoming ASOS orders are imported as native WooCommerce orders (fully HPOS / custom-order-tables compatible), ready for your existing fulfilment, packing-slip and shipping plugins. How long does delivery take, and is this an instant download?
This is a build-to-order plugin, not an instant marketplace download. After purchase ECOSIRE schedules a short scoping call, configures the connector to your catalog and ASOS seller account, and installs it on your WordPress site. Typical delivery is around one working week depending on catalog size and how custom your attribute mapping and fulfilment workflow are. You'll get a clear timeline once we review your store.
What ongoing support and updates are included?
Your purchase includes a post-launch support window with bug fixes for the delivered version and help with configuration. Because ASOS's seller APIs and WooCommerce/WordPress evolve, we offer ongoing maintenance to keep the connector compatible with WooCommerce releases, HPOS changes and ASOS API updates. We'll confirm exactly what's covered in your support window before go-live.
Will it work with my existing WooCommerce fulfilment and shipping plugins?
Yes. ASOS orders are imported as native WooCommerce orders using the standard order data layer (HPOS-compatible), so your existing packing-slip, shipping-label and fulfilment plugins treat them like any other order. When the order is marked shipped or completed, the connector reads the tracking number and carrier and writes them back to ASOS automatically.
How does it handle sizes, colors and variations?
The connector maps WooCommerce variable products to ASOS's listing structure at the variation level. Your size and color attributes and per-variation SKUs are matched to the corresponding ASOS attributes during setup, so each size/color combination lists and syncs stock individually. ECOSIRE configures this mapping against your actual catalog and size charts as part of the build.
What happens if a sync fails — will I oversell or lose an order?
Every sync run writes to a log table you can view in wp-admin, with the status and error detail for each product or order. Failed pushes are visible and can be retried rather than failing silently. Stock sync runs on a schedule via WP-Cron (or a real server cron we configure for reliability) so WooCommerce and ASOS quantities stay aligned, which is exactly what prevents overselling a size that's already sold out on one channel.
Do I need anything from ASOS before you can build it?
You need an active ASOS Marketplace seller account with API access / credentials. During setup ECOSIRE connects the plugin to those credentials and runs a live end-to-end test. If you're not yet approved on ASOS Marketplace we can still build and stage the connector, then complete the live connection once your seller access is granted.
